I am a performance practitioner working across the disciplines of theatre, design, film and live art practice. My work often explores the transformation of the body in space and changes of spatial qualities over time. My work is concerned around forms of failure and disruption within familiar structures and habits of contemporary society. My work is created through reflection on experimentation and process. It aims to be of personal but also expansive nature. Through merging a single, always changing identity into a multi- layered, cultural and social diverse environment, my motivation is to find an aesthetical and sensational imbalance and unfamiliarity, which creates capacity for new potential.
"Evergreen" is a still ongoing research project. The featured work in the exhibition was create over a period of 10 months time. I looked at micro-cosmoses and structures that hold them into place.
